Manali Package Overview:

Manali is a hill station in the mountains of the Indian state of Himachal Pradesh, at the northern end of the Kullu valley. It is located at an altitude of 2,050 m (6,726 ft.) in the Beas River Valley. The district Manali is located in is Kullu. And has a population of about 31000. This town is the beginning of an ancient trade route to Ladakh and a roadway to other northern hill stations.

The Kullu valley is famous for its picturesque hills and temples. It is one of the topmost tourist destinations and one can visit famous places like the Rohtang Pass, the Hadimba Temple, Vashist Hot Springs, Solang Valley, Basheshwar Mahadev Temple, Nehru Kund, Sultanpur Palace, Bijli Mahadev Temple, Ma Sharvari Temple, the Beas Valley, etc. There are many famous trekking routes like the Malana Village Trek, Bara Banghal and Bir Trek, Hamya Herbal Trek, Hampta Pass Trek, Jogini Waterfalls Trek, Deo Tibba Base Camp Trek, Beas Kund Trek, Brighu Lake Trek, Lama Dugh Trek, Chandrakhani Pass Trek, etc.

The climate in Manali is very cold in winters and moderately cool in summers, with winter temperatures ranging from ­15 to 5 degree Celsius and summers with 4 to 15 degree Celsius. If one is looking for snow activities, then one should visit Manali between January ­ Mid-June. For honeymooner, the whole year is favorable, except the monsoon months of July ­ September. For people looking to visit Manali in the off­ season, the best time is January ­ Mid-March, when the crowd is sparse and hotels offer discounts.

Day 1 : Arrive Delhi / Chandigarh and drive to Manali
"Arrival at Chandigarh Airport /railway station, later proceed for Manali by road another beautiful hill station in the state.Located in the Beas River Valley, at an elevation of more than 2000 meters above sea level, Manali can be reached from the national highway that leads to the Ladakh region. Manali is about 40 km from another scenic hill resort – Kullu. Home to snow-clad mountain peaks and rich flora and fauna, the town of Manali is flocked by tourists from across the country, especially in the holiday season. The name 'Manali' has been derived from the words 'Manu' and 'Alaya', which mean 'Abode of Manu'. According to a legend, Manu was a sage who is believed to have recreated human life after the world was devastated by a great flood. There is an ancient temple in the old Manali village that is devoted to this sage. Besides this, some other prominent attractions of this hill town are Hadimba Temple, Manali Sanctuary, Arjun Gufa and Jagatsukh. Upon reaching, check-in at the hotel and take some rest. Day 2 : Manali - Local Sight Seeing & Solang Valley Visit
After breakfast get set to visit the popular tourist attractions of Manali. If you an adventure enthusiast, you can try your hand at paragliding, zorbing etc. You can also visit Tibetan Monastery- not only a place of worship but also a Tibetan culture centre, the natural springs and sandstone temples at Vashist Village, Hadimba Devi Temple- dedicated to Hidimba, wife of Bhim-one of the 5 Pandava brother of the Hindu epic Mahabharata and the Manu Temple- an old temple dedicated to sage Manu. Club House Later we proceed for Solang Valley where we can enjoy adventure activities like Zorbing, Paragliding. The evening is at leisure. Stay overnight.

Day 3 : Manali - Manikaran - Manali
The day after breakfast is booked for visiting Manikaran, the hottest Sulphur Spring Waters in the world. This religious site is visited by both Hindus and Sikhs in large numbers. On the way back towards Kullu, you are going to halt at the famous Kullu Shawl Industry, where you can do a little shopping for your loved ones. We can also enjoy river rafting at Manikaran. Evening return back to Hotel at Manali.

Day 4 : Manali (Rohtang Pass)
After Breakfast at hotel proceed for full day excursion visiting, Morning proceed to visit the Rohtang Pass (Upto Snow Line in case Rohtang is closed due to snow fall and govt rules regulation ) enjoy Skiing full day around Rohtang in the mountain side snow fields. Stay Overnight at hotel. (Note : Rohtang Pass pay at directly payable )
Day 5 : Manali to Delhi / Chandigarh Drop
After breakfast we checkout from hotel and proceed for Amritsar by road.

1What will be my pick-up point?
We provide pick-up/drop from Airport, Railway Station or Hotel.
2What should I wear ?
Preferably light comfortable cotton clothes since you will be outdoors most of the day. Wear a comfortable pair of shoes since you will be doing a lot of walking around.
3What type of vehicles do you provide?
We have two options Sedans & SUVs. In Sedans we provide Maruti Dzire, Toyota Etios mostly, sometimes it could be Nissan Sunny. In SUVs we provide Toyotta Innova or Suzuki Ertiga. We operate only AC vehicles and hatchbacks are not available.
4Do I need to book in advance?
Yes, all sightseeing tours need to be booked in advance.
